You'll get a follow-up email.
We'll ask you clarifying questions, send you some ideas, or go right to the quote, along with a mock-up if needed.
Step 3:
Approval + Invoice.
Once everything looks good, we'll set up a custom invoice link. It's a normal online checkout page, and payment options are available through Shopify and Bread Pay.
Step 4:
We'll get to work.
From casting and hand fabrication to delicate stone setting and hand-engraving, we'll bring your dream custom western jewelry to life one step at a time. Please be patient with our small team- check the banner at the top of our page for our current turnaround time.
Step 5:
Rock your new favorite Western jewelry!
And to make sure it stays in great shape, we offer free repairs within 6 months, and after that, complimentary cleanings, prong checks, and reasonable repairs for the lifetime of your piece.
