How long will it take to process my order?

Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for your custom jewelry or leather order to be processed for shipping.

We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. We are a small team of humans, working with human brains and human hands. We aren't perfect. Custom orders take 4 to 6 weeks to create and deliver because they are made to order. 

What about shipping?

We ship orders UPS and USPS. 

UPS quotes (but does not guarantee) one to five business days to ship your order domestically for ground, and USPS quotes (but does not guarantee) one to three business days domestically for priority mail. We will also ship next day air or priority mail express. Shipping costs vary by service and weight. For jewelry, shipping costs are usually the following:

Is my order eligible for free shipping?

Free standard shipping is automatically applied at checkout for any order $150 and over.
