Info about returns, refunds and custom jewelry

We want to offer the best possible experience to our customers. To keep up a high standard of using quality materials and excellent craftmanship while maintaining a reasonable turnaround time, the following policies are in place:

 

General Info on Refunds and Returns:

To get jewelry out to you as quickly as possible, we often order materials for your jewelry immediately after seeing it in our system. Because of this, we are unable to offer refunds.

On standard orders:

Standard orders can be cancelled before fulfillment or returned in exchange for store credit or for a different piece of the same or lesser value.

On custom orders:

Custom orders (orders with brands, initials, inscriptions, and other customizations) cannot be canceled or returned.

We want you to love your new jewelry, so if you are unsatisfied in any way with your purchase, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

 

Resizing:

 

We would love to work with you to resize your ring to the correct size. Because of the extra effort and time we have to put into resizing, a $40 fee will apply. 

To prevent having to resize, please reach out for a free ring sizing kit or visit a local jeweler to find out your ring size before ordering!

 

Warranty:

As of right now, we are unable to offer long-term warranties. We recommend looking into personal property insurance.

If you’d like to repair one of your pieces, please reach out to us directly at info@cowboyspecialist.com for instructions. We offer a six-month warranty from the date of receipt on all pieces that have been unaltered or modified by a third party. All repairs within the warranty will be complimentary.

If your purchase exceeds our six-month repair warranty we ask that you please send us your piece for us to inspect and we’ll forward a quote for repair for your approval. If we are unable to repair your piece for any reason, we will reach out to you directly with a resolution.  

Repairs take approximately 4-6 weeks to complete and you’ll receive tracking details once your piece has been completed and is ready to ship. Please reach out to us if you need your repair back by a particular date and we will do our best to make it happen.

Occasionally our team makes a mistake. If you feel that is the case, please reach out to us and we will make it right.

 

Customs:

We love custom jewelry here at Loreena Rose Jewelry, but there are a few important things to note:

  • Custom ring designs are not exclusive, and we reserve the rights to use it in promotional content and as a new product.

  • Inscriptions can be added to almost any of our jewelry for $40. 
  • Custom sterling silver brands/initials can be added to almost any of our jewelry for $75.
  • Custom gold brands/initials can be added to almost any of our jewelry for $200. 

Can I do a payment plan on a custom ring?

Yes! We have financing set up through bread pay and affirm. We can also break it into several payments. The full amount is due before we ship your ring.

Can you reuse stones from a ring I have?

We absolutely can- reusing stones is a wonderful aspect of customs! Because of the extra effort and care that goes into removing the stone from it’s current setting and resetting it, a $50 fee applies for the first stone and $25 for each stone after that.

We will send back the setting the stone was in if requested. Settings that we are reusing channel set stones from will not be returned.
